•After the research done by KUA  shown that most children under 7 years  have the problem of nutrition from vulnerable families, the KUA decides to train ( Theories and Practicals) population on how to eradicate the malnutrition;

In Januar 2011: After mobilization in Kibirizi VUP Sector,KUA started two ECD centers in Mututu  with 194 Children and Cyeru with 152 children.

In 2009: KUA began a research in 60 sectors in which VUP operates. The research was about component of ECD Centers; After research, the KUA  will show that without ECM in VUP Sectors;In 2010: KUA mobilized the activity in Nyanza District, in Kibirizi VUP  and Nyagisozi VUP Sectors.
